Our Story
Elevate Nation was born out of a deep sense of community and the belief that holistic principles can elevate fitness to a higher level. When the pandemic struck, we knew we had a responsibility to help people take control of their health and well-being. Despite the challenges we faced, we remained determined to deliver the best possible fitness experience through our online program and outdoor bootcamps.

Meet Coach B
Fitness Coach & Founder of Elevate Nation
Former Golf Professional, NCAA Athlete & Accountant
My journey, like a lot of entrepreneurs, wasn't easy. I grew up an athlete, and fitness was something that ran through my veins. After playing professional golf and graduating university, I was an accountant by day and a personal trainer by night until I finally realized my calling.

Despite my wellness knowledge, I fell into social media traps and harmed my physical and mental health by obsessing over my appearance and corporate career. I battled an eating disorder, gained 70lbs, lost my menstrual cycle, and developed cystic acne, alopecia, and a stomach ulcer. Why is it that we ignore physical signs from our body to make a change?

But pain has purpose, and I used this low point to approach fitness holistically, with self-love and enjoyment. By nourishing my mind and body, I lost 45 lbs, cleared my acne, grew my hair back, and improved my mental state. My mission is to help clients love the process of making health changes and evolve with compassion. Let me serve you to build confidence from within and be the strongest and healthiest version of yourself.
